Thanksgiving at Jaymer-Q Effective Nov 12, we WILL NOT BE OPEN on Thanksgiving Day. We had planned to go away late Thursday afternoon for a familiy vacation, but cannot get flights out and our only option is to fly early Thursday, so thats that. We'll smoke our Turkey Breasts on Tuesday and Wednesday of that week and vacuum seal them for reheating in your house on Thanksgiving Day. Its actually easier [for you] than cooking a whole turkey and will already be smoked and juicy ready to warm and serve. Items include Boneless Breasts (small and large), Turkey Legs, Smoked Sweet Potatoes (not available now), Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans, Ham (unsure about availability), homemade "real" turkey gravy, and Jaymer's famous Bread Pudding with homemade caramel sauce. We should have the order form online by Thursday Nov 13. |
